GRANT APPLICATIONS ARE DUE MONDAY, JUNE 13, 2022, BY 11:59 PM EDT.    

Submit a letter of intent via this OneDrive upload link no later than Monday, May 9, 2022 (11:59 PM EDT).  This letter is not to decide who may apply but rather to help the co-chairs begin asking the appropriate reviewers to be part of the grant process.  To be eligible to apply for this award, you must be a current member of ISONG and must disclose if funding from ISONG for this project has been previously provided.

The letter should be sent as a PDF (titled "LOI_Last Name") and include:

o   Project title

o   Primary aim or outcome of the project

o   Patient population

o   Your position within the clinical organization

o   Specify how project success will be measured

o   Indicate timeframe that project will be completed.  Note that the project must be completed within one year of receiving the award.
