BylawsThe International Society of Nurses in Genetics, Inc., was incorporated in 1988 in the State of Maryland. The ISONG Bylaws are reviewed regularly by the Bylaws Committee. The most recent ISONG Bylaws were updated in 2026 and can be viewed by clicking on the button below.
Our Mission
ISONG advances the nurse's role in precision health through excellence in genomics education, practice, and research. We serve as the premier resource for nurses and allied health professionals for fostering the discovery, cultivation, and application of genomic science to inform policy and improve global health outcomes.
